Insurance & Payment Options
We accept and are in network with most major Insurance Plans, as well as many others. If your insurance is not listed, please contact us. Bring your insurance information with you to your appointment and we will gladly help in any way we can.
Like medical plans, dental plans may not cover every dental service that may be suggested by your dentist. For example, some plans may not cover implants. In addition, services for strictly cosmetic reasons, such as teeth whitening, are rarely covered by dental insurance. However, discounts for these services may be available if you’re in a dental discount plan or if network discounts (negotiated rates) extend to services not covered by the plan.
We offer a wide range of financing options to help patients receive the care they need at a price they can afford. To help patients pay for their general and cosmetic dentistry procedures we offer Care Credit Finance, one of the leading patient payment programs in the country.
Care Credit allows for patients to pay for their procedures when they need it, while making small monthly payments with minimal interest. Unlike other financing options, Care Credit finance in conjunction with Great Woods Family & Cosmetic Dentistry does not have any up-front costs, pre-payment fees or additional fees. It also features revolving credit, in case patients need additional treatment or additional expenses. Patients who are interested in estimating their monthly payment for their dentistry procedure are encouraged to use the Care Credit Calculator. Please enter the total estimated procedure amount to obtain the low monthly payment Care Credit can offer patients.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
We strive deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance payment is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be accomplished prior to the actual procedure. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 508-339-4171. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.
